She could still be your pdoc. Of course you need to make your own decisions!

There was a time when I had a Pdoc and a T and it seemed to get really confusing for all 3 of us. Not sure why but it did...

Well, I finally heard from her. Her phone was dead and is now charging and she is in bed. Atleast I got some sort of reply...

This is partly why I only have a pdoc. The other part is that I don't ever want to repeat my issues again and again.
Thanks for this!

Yes, to me it seemed that on days that I would see both of them it was like Deja Vu. I would just repeat for 50mins what I said to the other...

So do I keep my appointment with her tomorrow? The receptionist phoned me this morning to confirm tomorrow and I said yet. Then I turned around and sent my T a text saying I might not be there tomorrow...-sigh-

A mental health day is NOT going? Now, that is funny since conceivably we see our therapists for mental health. Or maybe you mean, YES, go.
Thanks for this!

I feel like I am going behind my Pdoc's back by doing this. I mean literally I am but I feel kinda guilty about doing this...

Poor impulse control, Cats. Better see a T.

Me: "I'm not disconnected from my emotions. I just don't feel anything when I'm here."
(Pause)
Me: "Doc, why are you banging your head against the arm of your chair?"
Doc: "Because I'm not close enough to a wall."

It's official. I can even make therapists crazy.

I dunno. You do have a long history with the one who swears but she sounds a little too gruff for me.
