I'm glad you're here, Granite.

I had a busy day. Swam, got called to rescue a baby bird and take him to the rehab where I volunteer, got a mani/pedi, had dinner with a friend and then went shopping.

Maybe I did sleep here Lola. Lord knows I did sleep.

Friday night I went to sleep about 4am. Woke up at 10am Saturday morning. Laid down again at 3pm and slept until 9pm. Went to sleep at 2am this morning and slept until noon. Apparently I needed sleep. I'm still tired.

I'm in a very weird mood. Forgive me if I say anything untoward on the forum today. I might just stay away.

I just did my first day of the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred. It was supposed to be as intense as the PX 90 Insanity 20 minute workout, but supposedly she does a better job explaining the exercises and motivating people. Anyway, I liked it and her, but my legs feel more rubbery than after I run 3 miles. So I guess that's a good thing.

I too should be following their lead - but that soda sounds really good. I'll bring some sea salt & vinegar chips...

I'm not sure I'm ever going to be able to eat salt and vinegar chips again.

I'm sorry if you really got fired because of that, but I am still laughing.

well you know smells are so connected with memory. just one of my many jokes in bad taste which no doubt contributed to my demise.

good taste - Edith Head (many Oscars for costume design) was on Columbo tonight! She looked magnificent! a linen suit, black sweater, shiny necklace. Just classic. At a time when Robert Culp in the same show is wearing burnt orange polyester pants under a tweedy burgundy blazer, horrible!

Ditto.
Hankster - you have just helped me start my diet
Now, what can you come up with for sundae cones - cause the box I have in my freezer is calling my name.

H told me to tell you, nice try, but there's no way he'd ever stop eating them!!

I'm still trying to figure out if that's good or bad.

I exercise but then still eat food I like. Therefore, I don't lose as much as I otherwise would.

I've been eating way too much crap lately too.

I'm grateful tomorrow is a holiday here. Its an unusually warm evening and I love being able to sit under the stars. For some reason they make everything in my life seem insignificant.

This didnt put me off the chips at all. Just felt like sitting down with some micro greens, olive oil, and balsamic Summers Eve. A fresher salad there never was.
Thanks for this!

Morning all!

Waking up in a weird mood again. Probably because I didn't sleep well following my lazy weekend.

Will be a busy week at work. I don't have T this week and for some reason, that puts me in a tizzy.
