wow, I am feeling wiped .... like I need a nap already and it's only 8 a.m.!
But then, probably because I woke up at 3:45 and barely dozed after that, and then got up before 5 because H and I were going to go for a really early run.
He's fast and I need someone to push me, challenge me more .... I can push hard and do, but I need something extra to help with this stupid psych-out that keeps happening to me in the last mile of the races I do!
So, it worked .... improved my personal 5K time to 21:49 from 22:37 this morning; I'm happy but that might be why I am so wiped now!
I let him go ahead and he went much faster the last half mile and he zoomed past some ladies who went, OMG! Kinda funny!

eh,sorry. guess that does sound boastful ..... like I think I'm really fast or something. heh. I'm just happy I'm faster than I used to be.

SpiritRunner, you didn't sound boastful and I think that's awesome. I started running last spring with the couch to 5k program. The first time I ran 5 kilometers, it took me more than 45 minutes. I'm down to 36 minutes now. It's all about improving and trying, right? You're making progress and improving and that's fabulous!
Thanks for this!

@SpiritRunner that's awesome! You should post stuff like that that you're proud of here. it's good for you (and us) to share good news as well as bad. If I ever get back into my training schedule on my bike I wanna share my success stories as well

@SeaSalt what kind of miracle do you need?

@MKAC We will both be therapizing at the same time. My appointment with the first new doc is at noon today too. I'm super excited. He's already read my blog!! :-D

In other news I feel so relieved that I had a nice friendly little exchange with my ex-T. Nothing big, just "hey you popped up on my page at this [social networking site] and I didn't mean to scope your profile but I did. If you wanna be here too I promise not to bother you. It is a good place to meet people" and he wrote back and said "thanks. It's inevitable that I'll bump into some clients no matter where I go, it may as well be here. Hope you are doing well". If that's my last interaction with him I'm good with that. I just want him to think well of me and not remember me as the crazy-*** bunny boiler stalker chick, ya know? I just want him to think fondly of me, despite all the drama I put him through. I hope he does.

Morning Lilly, and all....

I was responding to Tryintogetby. She needed a miracle so I thought I'd help out.

@SeaSalt (and Tryingtogetby) it's not a miracle that's necessary here. Just a job. Which he is gonna get possibly today (what time is the interview, btw?) My point is, by framing it as a "miracle" it makes it sound like it's an insurmountable problem. It's not. Y'all can do this. This is an achievable objective. It might be rough for awhile but you're gonna get through it.

haha... what, just 'cause I see my ex-T on a dating site and I wanna seduce him and **** his brains out? Just because there's not a day that goes by where I don't hope that one day in about oh, say, exactly six months from now, we will bump into each other and he'll say "Lilly!" and I'll say "dude!" (not that I call him dude or anything LOL) and he'll ask how I've been and I'll say "great!" because I really have been great and I'm not crazy anymore and I really am the perfect emotionally stable, mature woman that he always wanted me to be and he'll push me up against the wall and breathe into my ear and say that he's so glad I got my act together because I drove him crazy the whole time I sat across from him in his office with my sexy black boots talking about my sex life and how much I wanted a healthy relationship with some nice kinky guy who knows how to handle a riding crop and-- oh sorry. I'll stop now.

I'm not a crazy stalker chick, nope, no, not meeeeee!!!!!

haha. I actually had a friend ask to borrow my riding crop and spurs once. I was like, "you don't own horses. OHHHHHHH! Buy your own." Like I'd want them back after.

You should publish that little scenario somewhere . . . oh wait, you have a BLOG

In all seriousness, though, that was a very fun piece of writing and you know that if you are able to make fun of yourself and T in such a lighthearted way, you've really come some distance from your boilin' bunny stalker girl.

Okay, thanks y'all. Started my day laughing out loud.

Well, after walking into work and seeing ex-boss. I can actually act like I'm glad to see her now.

Well, I liked seeing her walk out the door and have to run her dumb old skinny @$$ out to her car in the rain bc she obviously didn't look at the weather which said "100% chance of rain".

I've contemplated cutting off my hair recently, but did not. I added highlights to it instead. I get lots of compliments on it now that it's long. Every so often, I go through a "I wanna tattoo" stage, but haven't done it yet.
