Eating something will help somewhat with the effects. Protein and carbs would be good. Also, stay away from anything that has caffeine. Be careful with those things. Diet pills can really mess with you.

you all get tons of points for cracking me up. Is whipped cream vodka vegan? I want some for breakfast. And what the hell was with all the leather?? Sheesh. And MKAC made me use the dictionary as well. Took me an hour to catch up...you guys partied hard.

I have people coming over today. Ick. Slept in this morning too.

I am good though..thanks for all the loving thoughts!

Still feeling cruddy this morning with an awful cold...blech. Woke up at 5 AM, but went back to sleep around 7:30 AM....for another hour or so. Wish I felt better than this. Ugh.

I gotta get to the store to get 3 birthday presents, cuz my daughter is going to 2 birthday parties today....one is for a set of twins....I asked my ex if he could take her to the store last night (just to pick up 3 gift cards, nothing major) while he took her out to dinner....Of course, he "forgot"....SMH

I realllllly don't feel like having to make nice with people today while dropping her off and picking her up. Heck, I don't feel up to leaving the house, I'm feeling so awful.

AND, my mom has her friend coming over who is a mechanic, to do some yard work for her....and I told her last week that they could go to one of my friend's house to check out a car she's selling....I totally forgot - but of course, my mom reminded me and asked what time we were going to my friend's house to check out the car. UGHHHH. I am way too sick for this.

I agree! LOL One of the things I love about being a writer is using an unusual word I've run across in a dictionary and making it sound natural. I'm such a geek, I used to bring my dictionary with me when I was babysitting the neighbor kids in high school, just for that purpose.
Thanks for this!

I fell asleep and missed all the fun. When my meds kick in, they kick in.

Most of my day today will consist of laundry and straightening. The cleaners come Wednesday (squeee)!!

Good morning couch friends. Slept in and then spent a ridiculous amount of time in the AppStore looking at mood tracking Apps. I found one that I like but it doesn't export your data. Not sure if it works without Wifi (I don't have a data plan) which might make it useless for t.

I have mega cleaning to do - laundry, yard work, clutter clearing. And I want to make bread. See you all later.

Nevermind - the App does export to a spreadsheet. Happy, happy, joy, joy. This should be a great too for tracking moods, eating, health and all sorts of other stuff for t.

Morning all. Heading out to the regional cross country meet to watch my son's girlfriend run. I adore her. Also, I want to be there for my son because I know it will be painful to him to be there supporting his teammates and not be able to run.

Thanks for the company last night!

Had a great visit with a BFF who is visiting from Colorado. The conversation with her was more helpful than 4 sessions with T. She is so insightful, knows everything about me and calls it like it is... I love her.
