You listened to a lot of mindless lyrics with the volume too high?

I'm sorry. I don't think it's creepy if you need reminders to help you remember things.

What feels creepy to me is my post last night. That I admitted so much. I fought myself not to erase it. It all needs to be brought into the light.

What's really creepy is this show "Baggage". It's like the Dating Game. The three women have three suitcases each. The woman the guy picked likes to bite during sex, eat her own peeled skin, and moved to another state to stalk her ex. Then when the guy's suitcase was opened, he had had sex with his therapist and the woman said, "No way. That's just sick."

All that is creepy.

There's a facebook game called SongPop. I think they play the song and the faster you guess what it is, the more points you get. My ex-GF keeps sending me notifications to play. You'd probably kill at it.

Nothing really...but eating your own peeled skin? Ack!

The guy was seeing a therapist for insomnia. Apparently she found a way to put him to sleep!

Good grief, USAnians awake! I keep several tabs open to keep track of the couch, too. Still usually feel I'm probably ignoring people without meaning to.

You got a Woooooooot - surely that equals two regular Woots? I don't really know the conversion rate.

Dreams are weird. I don't usually remember mine, these days.

Hey Apt!! I've read most of your couch posts lately, but haven't said much related to anyone else. I'm trying to work on not being selfish, but it's hard with this shame stuff.

I feel for you on the seasonal affective disorder. What time is sunrise and sunset in Sweden right now? I'm weird; I actually like the night. I'm on my "normal" schedule tonight...up all night, sleep all day.

Going on 4 am here, but I made myself a turkey sandwich and some hot green tea. I'm going to take some more Advil PM. That should knock me out until noon.

Cooooold is right! I just let the dog out about 10 minutes ago and stuck my head outside...my nose is still cold!!

I'm headed to bed with my green tea and sandwich. Good morning and good night to all!

hey chopin You've been doing a lot of hard work. I wish I were more able to respond to your threads, but I'm not really in a place where I can do that without hurting myself - I don't mean there's anything wrong with your threads at all, just that some of it hits home in a rather uncomfortable way.

I like this map: http://www.prognosen.se/sol.php - it shows when the sun rises ("upp") and sets ("ned") in different places in Sweden today. Where I am, sunrise was at 7:33am this morning and sunset will be at 3:32pm.

woot woot...morning peeps.

(((rainbow rose))) thank you.
Lola, hang on to those lyrics! I need to dump the old McD's song (2 all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun) and the old BK song (hold the pickle, hold the lettuce, special orders don't upset us, all we ask is that you let us, serve it your way...have it your way at burger king,.,,,,,,) to make room for couch info. They won't seem to leave though.

Granite....we did organic merlot and blue grass at one of our favorite spots last night. It was nice, but H is begging me to go out for breakfast with him already.

Apt...that is not much sunlight! I would be hurled up in my bed at that rate. Do you use solar lamps or any kind of light therapy?

Off to breakfast....but first a weekend challenge. With the winter month's coming, soar throats are a given. Make yourself this "tea" and put it in the fridge to use for those raw throat days....
Take a pint size jar, fill it with layered lemon slices and ginger slices (fresh ones). Fill with local organic raw honey. Fridge it. It will keep for 2-3 months. It forms into a gel, and when your throat needs some tlc, take 2tblsps, put them in a mug and add boiling water to make a soothing sweet tea.

Love ya all tons....

(((((wiki)))) - so good to see you! I'm going to make that concoction of yours, even if I refuse to call it "tea" :P (sorry I'm teasing - you know I love you.) I'm usually not able to do your challenges cos in the sticks where I live we don't get all those exotic veggies you have

No light therapy. Maybe it would be a good idea to try. I just don't have the energy for it.... yeah, that is stupid, I know.

granite, I know the feeling. I hope your evening will be good, wheteever you end up doing.
