My next appointment is on the 26th. I usually see her every week, but she wanted to give me time to work on my 'homework'.

I will be seeing my T in 10 days. I see him twice a month. I think I can make it till then. I don't think weekly sessions will be helpful. I have to get through this on my own, I won't have my T forever. But today is a good day though, I think I am going to be just fine.

I am seeing him in 8 days. Today is a bad day, worse than others. I am having difficulty keeping my eyes open. I am so unbelievably tired. I don't know how I can go on like this.

2 weeks from today. I usually see her every week, but there's over 3 weeks between my last appointment and my next. So, I'm pretty nervous about it. Last time I had a big break like this, I ended up in patient.

Exactly one week. Today seems like it will be a better day than yesterday. I can't believe how such little activity can take so much out in me. I need to build back up my stamina if I am going to back to work.

Hey everyone!
It's going to be 11 days for me till I see my therapist. Next week is going to be a tough week because my best friend will be away. I have to make it through somehow without him. Not looking forward to that, but I'll make it.

Hey everyone!
I just saw my therapist on Tuesday, so I have to wait two weeks. I cried a lot in therapy but I need that wake up call. New Pdoc this Tuesday.
