OMG...busy busy busy. But...I now have half an office...and it is set up...woo hoo!! Tomorrow, I'll set up the one in the group home.

I'm back in Q mode advocating for my clients. I stood up to a doctor today who didn't want to sign our paperwork. After talking to him, he still won't sign it, but we reached a good compromise (he'll send his signed note to us).

Got T at 3. Trying to shove down some lunch before I go. Then I am going HOME to finish setting up the Christmas tree. Only two more nights working for H, then back to days...yay!

Hope all is well. Read everything...don't have time to reply right now, but should be on later!!

Finally home..

Count me in for the party too. A pick me up would be very good about now.

I picked up my notice letter from the apartment office. They make it sound like I am delivering papers every day not just Sunday. That should get me off my lazy behind! T and I were talking about what a perfect job it is for me. - it gets me out of my apartment! I do love my T.

whenever I feel overwhelmed I have this desire to run and hide.. feeling like that right now..

Hey guys! I have been sitting for my niece most of today, except for the hour where I had to go to the bank with my mom to diversify her funds into money making products. It was a lot of money to move around, at entirely my direction, I panicked talking to the securities adviser. Me. Panic. Doing Finance. G A W D.

But, I didn't loose my niece.

I didn't take any pain meds all day, but I just took half a dose a little while ago, I am anxious to get scanned next week and see how puny those little suckers are now. I can beat this.

Things are actually ok, I am making turkey soup, as we speak.... homemade...look at me go... I watch a documentary on vegans last night....I'm thinking i may have to do that.

You can't kill it..... no one can, It has a life of its own! I have no idea where the couchketeers are...

hate hate hate marriage counseling. Hate it more because I realized tonight that my husband truly has no intention of providing for our family. He doesn't think it's his job.

During his step-dad's illness and my dad's illness we had discussed repeatedly the fact that I was taking time off work to help with their care. We agreed to me working less and being at the hospital, and agreed that I really had to help his mother with his step dad in particular because she had no one else to help. Tonight he denied those conversations had ever happened. He was also really angry at me for thinking that it was "his job" to provide for the family while I was working less.

anyway. Hope other people are having a good evening.

I am so sorry MKAC, I can't even comprehend how someone, let alone a man cannot claim it's there job to provide for their family... WTH?

Hmmmm Lola. The turkey soup sounds awesome, but......I don't think it will fit into the vegan thing. Sorry

Lola...go vegetarian for 30 days. You need to really get into it though...check out recipes on line. It's a whole new experience.

The documentary was about 3 people who went vegan for 6 weeks... at the end 1 ended up vegan, 1 vegetarian and 1 semi Vegan... I have to do some research before hand that's for sure.

hmmm...interesting. Going all out vegan is difficult, but doable. It's hard because vegans don't all agree on what's vegan and what isn't. I like Punk Kitchen, PETA, and Is It Vegan. There's a million more...even phone apps.

Had T tonight. No christmas decorations in her office itself, but the lobby was nicely decorated with poinsettias, wreaths and christmas lights. Nice and tactful too. She said this is her favorite time of the year, but she keeps her office neutral because some people get offended by holiday stuff.

Just got back from my daughter's chorus show....The kids did a great job.

...My ex sat with me, and it was a sweet reminder of how glad I am that I divorced him. *sigh*....We get along pretty well, but he is not very tolerant or patient - and I could sense him getting angry for a number of different reasons - the woman behind him was coughing early on in the show, the show started later than he expected, it was going to last an hour which was longer than he expected, he wakes up early - complain, complain, complain.....

I felt myself walking on eggshells...and then finally took a deep breath, made a snarky remark about how difficult his life must be to sacrifice ONE night for his daughter - and told him to suck it up and zip it...
