Apparently this actually kinda happened with 3 of my coworkers (2 soon to be employees ). They went out of town yesterday and the guy starting singing along with every single Christmas song that came on the radio. Some songs he sang low, some he sang falsetto, and a couple he sang with his nose pinched. The girl telling me was like, "3 SOLID HOURS TO OUR DESTINATION!!!! Then 3 SOLID HOURS BACK!!!!!" I said no wonder why the other girl got out and peeled off so fast!

Sconnie, you'll be in my prayers, hon.

I have had a damn busy day. First chance I've had to get on here. Then a good, but odd, T session. Then again, my T is good, but odd. So am I, really!

(((Sconnie)))

At my last T appt., he recommended doing three things every day.
1 Meditation
2. Exercise
3. Belly laughs

The hardest part is the belly laughs. I found one today and thought I would share.

I really like number 10.

Shopping online is da bomb. No crowds, no circling the parking lot, no Muzak, no perfume spritzers. And so many places have free shipping now. What's not to like?

More proof my mom just does not understand me. Went out to get bf's hair cut, and the sensory overload had me exhausted so I passed out for an hour or so. Right as I'm dozing off I hear her talking to my bf "Why's she so tired? She didn't do anything today!"

If only she knew how draining it is to even do simple tasks outside of the home right now. :/

Lola, I have to admit, I liked the Dead signature line better. Have you read Life of Pi, about a boy on a life boat with a tiger named Richard Parker? I highly recommend.

it's hard when people don't get that just being around all that energy out there can be exhausting for some people. i get it, sila.

I've been trying to type about my session today and I'm all over the freaking place. I don't know if I can finish it tonight; my meds are starting to kick in...I guess I'll finish it tomorrow. It was good, but had a few really weird moments (more T than me).

I am hoping someday I can get to a place where I am not triggered by those who trigger me. I wonder how I can work towards reaching that goal. Exposure is not working, that's for sure. *sigh*

I asked T to write a short recap of his experience of my show...and he did.

It amazes me, though, (in a frustrating way) at how my mood changes so quickly at night....During my session, we talked about how the show was an accomplishment and something to help sustain momentum in life...yet tonight, it's something I check off my bucket list, thinking how I can soon leave this world feeling at least somewhat accomplished. *sigh*

Nights are hard.

I know that feeling as well. Often in session my t will stop me when I talk about progress and say, "Now let's stop and think about this" because she knows I will just check it off a list and not really absorb the joy of it. And you're right, nights are harder. Hope your today is better.
