Wiki, i am sorry you are feeling so low. i wish it were all just easier for everyone.

Anyone else here dealing with an ED?

I've just recently allowed myself to talk about it with T (after 2 years of therapy). It feels horrible. All i sense from her is judgement. She says she's allowed to judge the situation because there's no denying that it's an unhealthy habit. She tries to argue she isn't judging me, but i have a hard time buying that.

((((fixated))) I think that is a common feeling among people who share things with their ts that they have been holding on to.i doubt your t is judging you.

Ugh. I just got a voicemail from my aunt - my mother's sister, inviting me to lunch "someday" cuz her grandson works in my town. Now I will have to be on the lookout for them? I don't think so. I can hardly see when the sun is shining in my one eye anyway. I'll just stay off Main Street, that should do it. I cannot deal with this.

I got a call back from someone at t's office - not sure who - but t is booked solid on Monday. So Tuesday it is. I can make it until Tuesday.
