I'm in the middle of coloring my hair a new color... its maple brown but it came out looking a little purple while its on my head... I hope it doesn't come out too red...

Wow, therapy hangover - fell asleep on the couch shortly after my session earlier. It was a great session but the dream work was intense, I'm still a little fuzzy headed, but wow.... this depth work is exhausting but soooo fascinating!

Hey Art...I've never done dream work with my T...how do they know what it all means.

well its not too red but its a lot darker than I thought it would be....

well finally going to bed...

I hate that I am not in bed right now.. my alarm goes off at 4:45... better believe I will be hitting snooze this morning.

I thought I'd had a good session but that feeling has already evaporated.

My therapy experience seems to be more like a ghost train ride. Horrible unexpected things keep jumping out at me.

I don't remember anything coming out that was totally unexpected. But they do keep coming back no matter how many times I shoot them down.

Lately the most unexpected and awful things have seemed to come from T rather than me. T probably still think it's just me in response to her, rather than her. The stuff that comes from me certainly likes to pop up again and again and again, as well.

Hi everyone, I know that I don't post in here that often but I am rather nervous about this morning, I have my second appointment with my new therapist, I feel rather positive too as she is nice but I still miss my other T.
