Three days...one hour...and I'm really looking forward to receiving her expert opinion on some family issues that have arisen since I last saw her

I saw her yesterday. I get to see her tomorrow, Saturday, and again on Monday. I'm glad that I am not afraid to tell her when I need or want her. Or for that matter what I need from her. Most importantly now, I can accept what she offers...progress.

I see my therapist again on Monday. And I most alway email in between. I love that freedom. And, I've never abused the privilege.

10 days.

I cancelled T this week because I was getting so stupidly stressed and nervous about going next week after the last 2 weeks.

Less than 48 hours. Our last session was so emotional for me that we had to agree over and over that I wouldn't back out of going in.
