today - canceled (poor T is ill)

Really not feeling like it today. Had a rough week, family visits and stuff like that, and i just want to crawl into a hole and become invisable. But i guess that it's at times like this that i should go to therapy...so off i go!

Tomorrow morning. Last week, I had an intense flashback during session. I've never had that happen before and it scared me. I felt crazy and out of control. Now I'm scared to face t again. I wonder if she's mad at me. Silly, I know, but I'm scared.
