Well, I get to "see" her for a second when I drop my cousin off for counseling tomorrow...my next appointment is Thursday, but i'm going to cancel it. I'm doing well and don't really need T much anymore. I will see her a week from tomorrow (which will be three weeks since my last appointment). Weaning off of T....

Normally i only see her once a day, but i am 'exploring very hard things' at the moment, so i am having 2 this week, and maybe next week as well.

Normal Thursday morning slot. I freaked out and cancelled for this week but called back and got the appt back. Now I am thinking that I have to call again and cancel. That I don't deserve t this week. Why am I so messed up?

We agreed longer time between sessions so not for 3 weeks. I hope I can make it. Might have to have a phone call or two if anxiety about it doesn't calm down.
