Tomorrow for a second group session. In August if I should decide i want to have him as my therapist. I still don't know how i feel about him after meeting him once and and having group with him once, very indecisive.

Technically I will see her tonight but its family therapy so that doesn't count to me because there are so many things I can't talk about. And my family sessions usually do not go well.

Tomorrow at 11am.
I am really struggling between appointments this week, but i have decided to contact my T less and rely on myself more, as much as possible. I have only text her once this week and although it's been hard, i have managed it.

Tomorrow morning, if I go. I am struggling right now. I so much want everything to stop, to be at peace, but I can't. I won't do that to my kids. But I don't know how to hang on. How do you hang on? I thought it would be over by now..I can't believe I am still here.

I am happy to report I saw my T yesterday for the first time in ten weeks. It went great!
 The time passed much too quickly. I requested to see him again in 2 weeks, but due to his vacation, we will meet in 3 weeks. There was so much to cover after so long, and I look forward to seeing him more frequently so we can do more than "catch up."

Friday at 9 AM which feels like an eternity away. Why is always that when I am struggling time passes so much slower?
