When are you seeing your T? Countdown.....

Tuesday, which I know will come sooner than I'm prepared for. And then I won't see her for a month! Eek!! Well, maybe. I may be able to squeak into her schedule the week of July 22 since I'll be home (but training, I'm not sure of the hours though, so we'll see)...I hope! A month without T seems entirely too long!!

I'm between therapists. That sounds weird, doesn't it? I meet with the new T on Monday.

Tuesday...and depending upon if and how she replies to my email..I may just go there and sit!! Yup...I know, childish and a waste of my hard earned $$ but if that's what I feel like doing then I will...just sucks sometimes.

Sorry I didn't see this until now. It was okay. A little awkward, actually. My T is (was?) a doctoral student, and this is the end of her term. The new T was sitting in and was also there. I wrote my old T a note and then decided not to give it to her. After the session I was distraught, so I decided to call her and left her a VM, and I read the note to her in the message. She called back and said that it was very sweet and that she was glad that she was able to help.
I'm okay. I'll be okay. And if I have an emergency, my old T gave me an emergency number they can reach her at during the weekend. The new T's VM won't work until Monday. Thanks for asking, gaia.

3 days....seeing T a day early this week d/t the holiday....not entirely sure how I feel about that but I guess I'm mostly grateful.

Thursday..

I don't know. I'm on "maintenance," per se, but I'm missing seeing T. I've been fine, but this is the longest I've gone without seeing her since I started seeing her over 1.5 yrs ago. It's weird....

No therapy til the 18th. Probably going to go to walk in therapy this week.

Tomorrow at 11am

I'll be seeing him again ... the first week of September. Even writing it down makes my heart ache!
