22 hours and 47 minutes. I'm really anxious and sick to my stomach about this appointment. I did not have a good weekend and it's going to be extremely hard to talk about

I haven't had an appointment for over 2 months, but am pleased to report I will be seeing my T next week. It's been a long time! I look forward to reconnecting. It's gonna be great!

Tomorrow at 2.
So I have been crying all morning but refuse to bother my T since I see him in less than 23 hours and he has been so good twice calling me back on Friday afternoons/evenings and talking at awkward times. I just HURT.

I really needed him last night. Tried to send an email
then cancelled it. Trying to be independent.

In two hours, gotta go now to drive there, nearly two hour's drive. Plenty of time to get anxious then!

Well, it's been three months since I last saw her...and it's probably still at least another few months until I'll get to see her again I just wish she could be back at work soon, but I know she needed time off for personal reasons
I do have a substitute T, but I'm not too fond of her. And I'm not seeing her for a month and a half now because she's on vacation. Except since those appointments don't really help me but rather just stress me out heaps, I'm a little relieved. I'd rather cope (and fall apart) on my own...

Thursday, unfortunately it's to start a new group. I don't see him personally until the following Tuesday.Don't really know him very well. I have only seen him personally once for 30 min and i didn't like the way it felt.

I cancelled my session for this week,but I've been sobbing all day and night without any sleep,so wondering if I should try and see if I can get my appointment back before its too late or just wait until next week to unload
