Maybe up your Trazadone? It's an anti depressant though, not an anti anxiety.

What is trazodone?

Trazodone is an antidepressant medication. It is thought to increase the activity of one of the brain chemicals (serotonin) which may become unbalanced and cause depression.
Trazodone is used to treat depression. It may also be used for relief of anxiety disorders (eg, sleeplessness, tension) and chronic pain.
Trazodone may also be used for other purposes not listed in this medication guide.

It used to be prescribed for depression, but now its more for sleep. You know how these meds are good for 12 things.

I've just told my boss that I'm leaving my current T.
He said, "I'm glad to hear it. She's completely useless."

So that was heartening to hear!

We'll need a "press-all-buttons" button.

Granite, have you and or your h looked into getting sleep studies done? Snoring is not good, and waking up suddenly is not good. Ie not healthy. If you both get alien cpap sleep masks, you won't bother each other. The easier answer is to sleep on your side, not your back. But then you get facial wrinkles

I'm undecided about the like count!

...And I think I'll stick with appreciating other people's Belgian's. I have a giant breed this time around and he is bouncy and active enough! I really like training the herding breeds though (my last dog was one). Maybe it'll be a rescue next time around, but I'd really like to bring a Dobermann back into the family. Guess I'll have to increase my walking distance if I don't want a Dobe bouncing off the walls.

You do get an abnormal amount of attention with a giant breed of dog, I have to say. Someone was yelling questions at me from their car as we were both driving on the motorway a couple of days ago.

My first Belgian and now this one, (if that's what she is) are incredibly active dogs. It takes a lot of running to wear one down to a point where she's pleasant inside. My first quite literally ate my Commercial Law book and my Christmas tree AND our sofa. This one has been easier because we live on a farm and she has other dogs and the horses to herd. On the upside, they are BRILLIANT and I adore that. The downside of the brilliance is if they decide what you are asking is stupid, they probably won't comply. Still, they are my favorites.

My pup so wants to live on the farm. He loves it when we spend the day out there, but it's because he just likes to potter. He thinks he's helpful when he tries to do little tasks like keep the other horses away from my boy (particularly when he was so lame recently).

But when people are like this, it's a problem - why is that??
