>> In a text after that session T said it was a crisis and we could get through it.

I am not sure I could, Nightlight, but everyone is different. There was so much huge stuff in that session that would probably break me.

this killed me to read it, I am so so sorry it happened to you >> she didn't say goodbye even though I'd told her I didn't think I could make it back. She'd already opened the door and was talking to her next client.

this is just punitive. I'm so sorry.
Thanks for this!

MUE: I'm sorry you're sick. I agree you should get a throat culture since you've been exposed to strep.

Hi,everyone! I'm up early to check the weather and decide if I should go to T or not. I want to ask if she has an earlier appointment before the weather gets bad, but I doubt it.

Morning all.

T in 7.5 hours. I wish it was in 7.5 minutes. Already a bit of a nervous wreck. This might be the end. I just want her to be gentle with me (and love me too, but that one is the transference talking)/

What if you go and then you and T get stuck in her office for the night because of the weather? Wouldn't that be awesome? Or maybe like hell on Earth?

That could be the premise for a movie.

Helpful hint for everyone, if an attorney friend agrees to help you with a case, DON'T call them at 9 pm and then again at 6 am to talk about the case.
Thanks for this!

My niece just called me. She told me her daughter (the 3 yr old I babysit for) won't eat meat. When she tells her she has to eat her meat the kid tells her "beans and peanut butter are adequate protein sources". That is typical of the way the little girl speaks, she's been articulate since she was two. Yesterday she explained to me that "Sadie is okay to pet, because she is a domesticated animal. Raccoons are very cute, but they are not domesticated so you cannot cuddle with them." Last week I had a candle burning in the kitchen and she said "Auntie, I love the aromatics you've used today". She is such a riot.

(oh, and for some reason my niece thinks it's my fault)
I will now have to lie to the kid and tell her meat is healthy and good for her.

You don't have to lie, Wikid! My daughter turned vegetarian about age 7 or 8 after hanging out with her vegan uncle. You niece can live through having to cook healthier. LOL.

Critter: I went to a class at the wildlife center to do animal care. (I already do a lot of admin stuff for them). They want me to cut up tiny frozen mice and pinkies. EEK. No freaking way. lol. The raptors will starve if it's left up to me. I think I'll stick to doing laundry and cleaning cages. I can handle the egg shells and meal worms, that doesn't bother me so much. Once my immune system recovers I am going to go for the rabies vaccine too. I prefer mammals.
Thanks, Wiki.....How about black tea with lemon and honey? I don't have any sage, sage tea or ginger handy.....

Eww, cutting up frozen mice and pinkies?? ACK!!! The raptors, LOL....

I love how the minds of three-year-olds work.
My newphew was poking me with a toy the other week and after repeated requests to stop, I told him I was going in the other room because he would not stop. He followed me and resumed the poking. I asked him to stop. His reponse: "If you don't like poking, go in the other room." My response: "I did and you followed me." (Toy confiscated.) My sister was like "What the heck is going on?"
