I read the encyclopedia also, A to XYZ, but I was really a dictionary girl at heart. Thought I was the weirdest person ever until I met H. He read both as well.

Funny, I thought I was the only one who would read encyclopedias for fun.

I know it's 7:30 here, but I am totally ready for bed. Going to take my phone and my book and go to bed.

Oh a friend posted something on facebook I decided to adopt -- I am no longer calling my phone a smart phone until I can say, "Hey, where's my phone?" and it answers me, "here in your hand! You're talking to someone on me, Dumbass."
Thanks for this!

I am pretty drifty today myself. I hope you settle, maybe a reading thru of Websters will help? I remember when I was a kid my mom bought encyclopedias one volume at a time. I would read one for weeks until the next volume would finally come in. She never got past P. I wonder where those ended up?
I read dictionaries and encyclopedias too. I have three sets of Encyclopedias that are 15-20 years apart. I love to read and compare entries to see the differences.

Our encyclopedias must be so old now. I used to love getting them out and reading them as a kid.

I was also very fond of looking up the definition of every new word that I came across as well.

Yeah, I kind of forgot this is our first appointment. However, MC works in the same office as my T. So, I know that my T has given MC a heads up and knows a lot of what is going on. I wonder if we will hop right in.

I am worried, that I will do too much talking. Or that we won't know what to say if he asks why we decided we needed marriage couseling. Just nervous. T says he thinks I am so nervous about it b/c it means we are going to talk about issues that I have been avioding talking about for a while. Intimacy issues, communication issues I think I am nervous b/c this is going to make or break us.

Healed...remember this isn't your first go around with therapy... is it your H's? I bet he is nervous too....

remember sometimes it feels like things get worse before they get better (like in individual T)...don't decide the make it or break it thing too soon...

I dreamt about everyone from the couch last night... we were sitting around a big island in a kitchen cutting up vegetables....lots and lots of vegetables...

that is all I could remember from the dream... but I laughed out loud when I woke up... thinking how appropriate that there were vegetables.
