Moving does SUCK. I wish things were easier for you. After this hurdle, I hope you can relax and enjoy life!

The recipe that I used was:

1/2 c. agave
1/2 c. coconut oil, melted
3/4 c. carob powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. goji berries

Melt the coconut oil, then add agave and other ingredients except goji berries. Mix well. Then stir in goji berries, smooth onto parchment paper on a tray and refrigerate. Viola!

Since I've never made organic raw chocolate with goji berries, I have NO idea what it's supposed to taste like....and I don't have any measuring cups handy, so I kinda winged it...forgot about the vanilla, so I had to scrape it back into the bowl, mix that in and spread on a new piece of parchment paper....added some more carob because I wasn't sure if I put enough in....ACK! I wish I would've just gotten up the energy to get to the dollar store to pick up measuring cups!!!

I tasted it. It tastes....umm....different. Good, but it tastes a little too sweet to be dark chocolate....I dunno. I'm kinda afraid to give it to T now. *sigh*

I think I'll get some measuring cups and make a new batch later tonight or tomorrow before my session.

MKAC...my kids play "who can embarrass mom the most". I have to admit, he is winning. It's my fault...if they knock on our bedroom door at night I always yell "go away, we're having sex!". oh it will whip anything granite. I've gone thru a few cheaper stick blenders, so I finally bit the bullet and got this kitchen aide set. It dices, it slices, it makes julienne fries.... not really, but it will pulverize just about anything.

Maybe you can make signs up with little emoticons on them, granite. You can hold the appropriate one up and maybe she'll get the picture. Or you can use SD's finger puppets!

Oh see, my kids KNOW that I would win that game every day of the week! My son was watching this nature show that discussed human masturbation. He made a joke about it, thinking he could embarrass me.
