Morning couch. Finally got to sleep last night and now feel refreshed. Fell asleep while eating cheese its. Woke up with the open box laying beside me. Ooppss.

Need to get to the store today to buy stuff for lunches this week. Hopefully I won't forget about it, or I will be hungry at work tomorrow afternoon.

Just checking in.

Spent the morning surfing the web. The site I ordered the kids' (at school) personalized books from (Christmas present) went out of buisness (I like to check sites for new products or sales sometimes) according to their website.

I remembered the name of a few of the books I gave the kids back in December, so I googled those and found 3 other sites that also sell the same personalized books (a little more expensive than the site I was using, but still reasonable). So I bookmarked those for future use (like next school year for whatever kids are in the class then). I am such a good googler.

Just got back from the store to buy lunch stuff. It didn't take too long, thank goodness. I just ran in and ran out. No wait at the self-checkouts.

I was tired yesterday from cooking on friday, so I need to finish up cooking today. I googled fatigue after stroke last night. They are just starting to look at it, ie causes and solutions. But they did say it could be related to executive function and lack of balance. That makes sense and I have an idea of how to deal with that. Ie improve it. So thats good.

Wow, she is moving so fast (Lola)
This must be so hard for you I am so sorry that this is happening. I am wondering if she is wanting you to fight for her or something. After so many years it just feels so rushed on her part. Given that she never liked to be alone, I imagine she is struggling with your new job. Maybe she feels that you have left her in a way. Whatever is going on in her head, I care about you and want you to be happy. What is it that you want for the future? I have to say that never in a million years would I have ever believed that all of the mess that led to me divorcing was a good thing, but I am actually so much happier and healthier without ex than I ever was with him. It wasn't until he was gone that I realized how bad things were. I am not saying that this is like your situation at all, just that sometimes a fresh start isn't the worst thing in the world. Sorry, seem to have rambled on there. Just want you to do what's best for you and be happy.

LC - you really can just stop and not react to her. It is possible. Boundaries and all.

So totally random thing here but....I had the strangest dream ever! I dreamt that I was making out with another woman...and it was nice . Hmmm...never had one of those dreams before. I have sort of joked that I am done with men but never really contemplated the alternative...

((( Lola )))

I hope you and W can get to a place soon where you can talk things out and make rational decisions that are in the best interest of both of you.

Every so often I will have a dream like that with a man. Always is weird even though it is just a dream. I am always relieved when I have a dream follow up with another woman in it.

Just woke up a few minutes ago, and I feel like a zombie....I hate when that happens. I wish, for once, I could just wake up, stretch my arms, yawn, smack my lips with a smile and feel refreshed and ready to tackle the day.

Nope. Not me. Dragging my arse to the bathroom was a chore.

My daughter is peeved at me because I am not going to pick her up from my sister's later tonight. My mom is there and will be bringing her home later this afternoon. It doesn't make any sense for me to drive all the way there and back when my mom is already there, lives a mile from me and can bring her home. I'm not giving in. No way, no how.

I need to try to get the energy to mow my front and back lawn today. I try to look at it as good exercise, and since it's not scorching hot out, not an uncomfortable task. But with how achy and zombie-ish I feel at the moment, it doesn't seem appealing. I'll be happy when it's done.
