Well i just woke up...45 minutes late... unfortunately its not because i had this great sleep i was up at 1 am and 4 am because my hip was hurting...

paybacks are hell...since i'm being evasive with H...he wont wake me up if he sees me sleeping late (not that it is his responsibility or his fault just would be nice to know he has my back but he never has)

The guy H is working with is related to Quinn. Son has met him and actually jammed with him a bit. He's a really nice kid with unbelievable talent.

It was pretty awesome granite. I didn't stay in the studio, but I could hear it from my living room. Son was glued to the studio though. He kept saying "freaking unbelievable".

He wants me to lay of raspberries too...and strawberries. Anything with tiny seeds.

You can crush and strain raspberries and strawberries.
I think one might give it a try and see if one could tell a difference in how one felt. One can always go back to eating things with little seeds if it makes no difference.
I have always wondered if totally blending/pulverizing the little seed fruits - like in a vitamix or something would fix the problem (my dad got told not to eat those fruits and nuts either for the same reason).

Yea...I can juice the fruit first, not gonna kill me. Switch to seed butters and such. I always take it as a personal attack when a doc tells me to do/not do certain things. I guess I have problems with "authority figures"...I'll add it to my list.

I guess because a part of my stomach is missing now, it won't digest things as well, so raw produce is going to be a problem. Like I said though, I can juice everything...I'll just need to rethink fiber intake.

Good news though...this large tummy I have acquired isn't all fat. Yay.

Flippin' T's why do they stir things up and leave you in a mess with your head full of **** so you can't sleep and then pull the boundaries thing when you ask for help. The crisis team always refer me back to him. Blah!

Spent the morning at the children's hospital again. They called yesterday and wanted to see us today because D's stress hormone levels were incredibly high. Her pain levels are high and triggering the stress hormones, which cause more sensitivity to pain. The increased pain causes more stress hormones and the vicious cycle continues. They decided to go ahead and put us on the waiting list for the intensive treatment program now instead of waiting and trying the regular courses of physical therapy first.

This pain clinic is right next to the hospice area for the oncology center. It is truly heartbreaking and brings home how really lucky we are, even though this is really difficult.
