Are you thinking of drinking Suzanne Somers' Koolaid? My GP told me the medical weight loss centers worked because they gave you Metformin, which is diabetes medicine, which I took for a while til it started affecting my liver numbers, but yeah it was like my body was finally normal regarding weightloss. About shots I've only heard that you're on a 500 calorie diet so of course you lose weight. Idk anything about bioidentical really. Right now I am tracking my exercise time and that rather helps one increase it. I'm asking my t to help me stay on track for a ten month plan. I tend to forget I'm doing stuff.

I read Rita Mae Brown's lesbian books and I do listen to the sneaky pie cat mysteries on books on tape while walking the dogs. They are not well written, but a good choice for dog walking because if you miss any of it, it is not like you have done any damage.
I listen to the cat who books too, but I sort of dislike the main character in it.

I really like an australian author, for the fluffy stuff, Kerry Greenwood.

Struggling with this awful migraine. I wonder if it's going to rain. Picked up my daughter from my sister's house, and she's now home. Of course, I'm loving that! We're watching some old episodes of Drake & Josh on DVD. Wish I felt better.

Looks like it IS going to rain throughout the weekend with chances most significant on Sunday. No wonder I'm in migraine agony. Damn barometric pressure.

How can you not like Mr Q?? The author tried SO HARD to make him innocuous! At worst!

Sorry I fell asleep! My mother used to say (as annoying and weird as she is, she did say some amusing things) that if she were young, she would nt kiss such and such guy, he was too weird. That's how I see McRae! Of course my mother used to say it about Mick jagger. I never watched big brother before this, I used to find it too stressful. Now it's okay.

Good morning peeps. H is visiting today. I can go outdoors with him, hope it doesn't rain too hard. They gave me a 2 hr pass. Yay. It isn't bad in this unit, it's all women and they are pretty much like all of you. I actually met Stopdog, Lola and Granite...lol. Looking for the rest of you.

((( Wiki )))

I'm glad you were moved to a different unit and that you have found some relatedness with others there. I'm hoping it will be a helpful experience for you.

Im gonna start with breakfast and a swim. I found my other bathing suits last night that dont have long legs but I wear swim shorts over. I gotta get my exercise time up for the week. Considering that I only exercised one hour the first week, every hour increases it 100%. I love math.

Don't you have any normal people on that ward?

Glad you have a pass. I hope it does not rain.

HAHA.... normal on a ward, now THAT is funny... and are you saying we aren't normal SD? That was tongue in cheek , not trying to start WW3 over it.
