Going back to see my old PDOC tomorrow. We had a bad session last time. I need some pocket riders. I will bring snacks for everyone.

Hi Ready. I'll pack licorice, thanks. I wrote about last session in the romantic transference thread.

Not bad. I am better. Last night was bad, but I had been sleeping more before then.

Glad to hear you are better.

As i was writing out your prescription, it occurred to me it sounded rather like recipe for a fancy French appetizer.
Thanks for this!

I remembered to put blue cheese dressing in my coleslaw. Also lots of black pepper. Always caraway seed. I got some high fiber tortillas that are not too chewy (for us old dawgs) and have been making some tasty wraps.
Thanks for this!

I had a few bad nights of sleep recently when I was sick but I slept pretty well last night (about 10 hours or so only getting up about a half hour ago or so).

What do you call the part of the brain that prevents you from making terrible decisions? Mine is broken/never worked. How do I fix it?
