Morning all! Its 10.45am here. I am at work and struggling. Big issues and feeling very alone with it all. Hope everyone has a good day. xx

Since working with 4-6 year olds.. I seem to not be able to stay awake much past 10 these days.. they suck all the energy out of me!

Good morning couch.. I have been working on my usual days off the last couple of weeks, so it is good to be home sitting under a blanket and not rushing to get out the door. Today, I need to start cleaning and packing.. Spring break starts Friday afternoon.. We are heading to the beach again this year!

Hi Granite - I wish I could have a Spring break, especially at the beach. Sounds just what the Dr ordered!!

Work is just super had as I am new, I don't know anything or anybody and feel totally out of my depth. I am being judged by everyone and feel everyone hates me(!) I think I am a disappointment as I don't have the technical knowledge needed to do the job. I am also trying to juggle the school holidays with the new job and have zero support from my H. I hate it. I basically hate life atm! I wish my other job hadn't ended the way it did (I did it for 11 years and it was my life). All feels too raw.

im quite numb today and I don't really think this is a bad thing. you will learn the job over time I know you will. no one knows it all when they start a new job. I would hope that no one would expect this even yourself. it will slowly come easier. give it time

How's it going? I hope everyone is doing at least reasonably well.

I am doing quite well today. I had a great cardio kickboxing class at the gym last night. Most of the day will be consumed with taking care of grandma. Then off to DBT. Fun! Fun!

I just found out that in May my Therapy sessions will be moving to Wendnesday (and the times will vary, 2 times in the month I will see her at 1 and the other 2 times I will see her at 2).

I freakin hate the PTSD thing.... I was cleaning the kitchen had the water running and my son had video game on loud...

My H trying to be sweet comes up behind me to hug me from behind and ask if I wanted help... Of course I jump because i dont hear him coming... I'm all freaked out... And he is annoyed....

So i just came to bed... Since opening day he hasnt come to bed with me.....too many games to watch...

My boss enjoys sneaking up on me. Not funny!!
