That my partner is 100% behind me getting as much help as I require to feel emotionally better and be in a healthier place and state of mind. I'm thankful every day that I don't have to work because I have people who help me so I can focus all my time on appointments and getting better.

I've promised myself that I'll write here something everyday... Today it will be very difficult but let's try...
1) great colleagues who for not known reason like me...
2) husband who is with me even when I feel like a ....
3) future - future cannot be worse than the past, right? Every evening indicates that the next day is coming, and the next day can always be better than the previous one...

1. For my daughter who needs hugs, am glad I can be there for her
2. For my husband, who's been more of an equal partner lately.
3. For carpet. I'm getting new carpet today after wanting it for years.
4. For the day itself... an opportunity to live a good, purposeful, loving life
5. For the breeze in the cherry tree outside my window, reminding me of nature, and a world beyond this very absorbing PC where I work and commune, but only in 2D.

Today I am grateful for:

- a good work day.
- my therapist texted me back (sounding excited) telling me he's curious about what I said I wanted to bring in to session tomorrow.
- someone whom I admire and appreciate a lot expressed excitement about working with me.
Thanks for this!

My son is 16 today.
Last year he was hit by a car and it's amazing how well he has recovered.
I received a text from my T saying 'feel free' to text or write....

I am grateful for my new Therapist. Even though I will likely only be with her for a couple months, I can already tell it will be a big transitioning phase with so much healing.

I've started writing this post when it was still "yesterday" (i.e. Friday), so, on Friday I am/was greateful for:

1) not drinking often nor much alcohol, as my humor is never good even after 1 beer (unless I have an amazing company of course )
2) for "letting me" brag at PC, as I'm always afraid that I should just keep my head down...
3) Friday and the fact that we have many meetings on that they so the work is not very tiring

Friday finally came. I've been trying to make it Friday for the last 3 days.

A really nice time with extended family last night.

My 3-day weekend has finally begun!

1) Saturday, eventually I can work in peace and my great office-mates do not interrupt me
2) very patient husband: I'm working and he's cleaning & cooking - pity that working emergencies do not happen more often, huh?
3) my boss who responses to my e-mails immediately after sending them, does she ever relax?

Yesterday I went to lunch with my family.

I shared my writing with a friend.

I painted 2 pictures for process, not product.
