Those are awesome Leah, thanks!

I love this song...even though I suck at letting things go, but whatever.

Thanks!

I'm listening to her whole "Everybody" album on YouTube now- I'd never really heard 'of' her... I'd heard that song I posted long ago and rediscovered it today, but hearing all her work is a lovely ray of sun in my fog over here.

I don't know what you young people listen to.
Seriously - I had never heard of those except the ok song because I think it is on a commercial.

Hey nonny nonny

a bit more lighthearted:

From your childhood?

You know, if you wanna go there, I CAN pull out my Catholic school girl collection.... some good music despite the message.

I do enjoy chants in the right mood, and the Pavane concert is lovely.

If you like classical, here's one I'm imbibing lately, Bach's Chaconne, sigh:

That is why I love chant. Even though I took a lot of latin, I don't even bother with trying to figure out the words.
Of course I don't pay much attention to lyrics in more modern english either.

Laughing hysterically at the gp will only get your meds increaased, I must try to stop it. Now my mood appears to be swinging the other way. Why can't there just be a drug that works reasonably well. I'm getting sick of start this, stop this, increase that, decrease the other....

can I say that I am tired of eating off of dirty dishes and yucky food that I find out has been around. the mother just doesn't care . and the BUGS ,her house is infested with these little bugs .there are millions of them. I bought a box of cereal and left it on the fridge opened but folded shut .I went to eat it dry last because I was hungry and it seemed safe. I brought it to me room and I looked down and thousands of little bugs were crawling all over the box and my hand . I know these bugs are all over everything. the mother doesn't care at all, it is disturbing and creepy. im scared they will make there way home with me

Hey Ready, Hi Granite. Sorry things are so horrible, Granite. It will be over soon and you will be home. You are doing way more than anyone had any right to expect from you.

Ready, can you do something super nice for you since you are home alone?
Thanks for this!

When I took a break from t awhile back, she made me repeat after her "I will call if I want an appointment.". I had said "if I need". She said there's nothing wrong with wanting it as opposed to needing. It's sacred space, and good self-care to want it. I'm getting better with that idea. Especially when she said she's a big girl, she's not going to schedule something she can't handle. I hope granite that you can ask for what you want, because you are so worth it!! Hugs

MKAC... Hope you have a good weekend planned. I plan on going through papers mail and bills and get organized. Also plan on cleaning and taking clothes too small for S2 to Goodwill. I'm putting it all into my to do list in my home routines app so I earn stars! Also I plan to give my car a thorough cleaning...

If you get more food maybe you can keep it bug free by keeping it in the fridge?
