Oh, sorry.

Well, yes, between my mood and the lyrics, I found it quite melancholic, though the refrain is hopeful.

Lyrics to Sun's Gonna Shine

Lonely broken feeling
Lonely to my soul
You got the look
You got the feel
You got the face of true love
You got the charm
You got appeal
I got to let you go

So long sweet embraces
So long summertime
You got the power
You got the faith
You got the El Camino
You got the night
You got the day
I got the ole dark cloud

The sun is gonna shine again
The sun is gonna shine again

Long time
I've been waiting a long time
Long enough
You got the song
You got the dance
You got the inspiration
You got it all palm of your hand
I got the rolling wheel

The sun is gonna shine again
The sun is gonna shine again

Something tells me it'll be alright
Something tells me it's gonna be okay

The sun is gonna shine again
The sun is gonna shine again

-----------

I am enchanted by Edie Brickell's voice though, and Bluegrass, well done, is a favorite style.

I usually do not pay much attention to lyrics. Even as I sing along to the radio = ten minutes later, unless they are clever, I could probably not tell you the lyrics I just sang.
I like music parts better than the word parts.

I take it sun shining is supposed to be hopeful?

My partner took me to an Alison Krauss/union station concert once - it was great - I thought it was so super happy and when we left she was all like those lyrics were so sad -and I had no idea what she was talking about.

I love Krauss too, admittedly hooked on most of the songs from Oh Brother Where Art Thou also.

Yes, the sun is shining brings a sense of equanimity to an otherwise sorrowful tune...

It's a parting song to a lover, in a way.... you're so beautiful, too beautiful for me, I've got to let you go type of vibe, sigh.

I don't really think of it as a disease. I think of it more like a different way of functioning that causes big problems when living in today's society. I also think the Asperger's is what has made me vulnerable to things such as depression etc.

I have barely any friends I'm stuck at house until the one day a week I work and everything is tough right now

Back in the land of the living. Have cooked two dinners, a carrot cake and brownies. I think I'd rather deal with the pain than the painkillers.

Well, there have been a couple that I can remember. And one poster who I think had created a fake persona which wasn't a troll as such. But those are all in the past. No forum with many, many thousands of members is going to be free of trolls and impostors - the important thing is that they don't take over the place.
Thanks for this!

I use it for marinades for meat and tofu. Also you can make bread with it.

It depends on the type of beer, and how it has been stored (dark and cold, but not too cold, is ideal). Stout and porter is much less sensitive than light lager (but on the other hand most light lagers are undrinkable to begin with ) Barley wine and trappist beers can sometimes even improve with age. In any case, eight months shouldn't usually be a problem, I would think.

I had a sort of revelation this week...

All the things I complain that my H can't/doesn't give me emotionally, the complaining about not having close friendships, the feeling of just wanting someone to love me for who I am... It's been a crock of bull ****.

I cant handle when anyone tries to be any of that.... I run for the hills.

I want an H who doesn't meet my emotional needs because then I won't owe him anything...

I want a husband who isn't involved in my life who doesn't "study" me... Because then I don't give him any power over me by knowing anything that makes me vulnerable.

If I am honest I don't want anything to change.... But when he tries to be different, it's very difficult for me. So I am no longer complaining.... Things were easier the way they were.
