I'm a happy 52, been in therapy just about 3 years this go-around. (I feel younger at 52 than I did at 42, and I mean that in a good way!!!)

27. I've had lots of different therapists in my teens and early 20s. But the T I'm seeing now I've been seeing for a little over a year.

29. I've been seeing my T for 4 years. It's the first secure attachment I've had, and that's a big part of the reason why I still go.
Thanks for this!

I am 26 (literally in the middle). I started T a year ago. Saw a T briefly in my adolescent years but that ended within the same year.

I'm 25. I've been jumping around to different therapists since I was 22 or 23 (I really can't even remember). I've found a good one now, but I don't think I'll be with him for more than a few months since he's a cognitive-behavioral therapist.

Human years or dog years?

Seriously, I'm 54 years old ...

Sometimes I feel 20 years old and other times I feel 100 years old ...

It all depends on what kinda day I'm having with mind/body pain issues.

36. I've been in therapy for about 18 months. Did a few months with a trainee T in 2010 but I was very glad to quit when she suggested it because I spent most of my sessions with her trying not to fall asleep.

17 going to turn 18 in Nov. Started seeing my T on Feb 11 (LOL I have a good memory for weird stuff like this). Was supposed to see a counsellor in 2012 because I was hypomanic and got into trouble with the police, but I didn't in the end.
