Anxious. I don't know why.
I can relate to both the thinking and feeling anxious and not knowing why...I hate feeling so anxious all the time.

One of the issues I originally brought to my t was that I worry so much, that I worry about how much I worry about worrying too much. So I get ya on the thinking about thinking!
Thanks for this!

Being a thinker is better than being a blind follower of something. Unless it is causing you distress. Have you go anything soothing to do?

I am supposed to be writing an essay due on Monday I have so far written 300 words. Well thats not true I've got written notes all over the place just finding it hard to synthesise them. I am bombed out on Zyprexa and finding it hard to concentrate.
I have been shopping, I started a drawing of an owl, I had snooze, hows that for procrastination

Are you saying your life is full innuendos and a small bald guy and a large being chased by scanytily clad young women?

It's all good, BPA. I have a gigantic work project due tomorrow at noon that I've been working on since late August. I have several hours of editing left before it's ready to turn in/present. And I'm here brainstorming better personal theme songs than Yakety Sax, so... yup, procrastinators unite.
Thanks for this!

LOL, well I do work extensively with the public, so the truth is pretty close to that at times! And I'm an unstoppable innuendo machine. Just ask my T, she's probably strained something from rolling her eyes at me.

I first thought you were referring to Gilbert and Sullivan but had simply switched the usual order. And I was a bit excited to find another afficianado along with Mast.

Well thats disappointing.

Otoh, the theme song chosen for me at a work party was The Witchdoctor - i believe it was chosen for its refrain, as if to imply im LOUD or something - ooh, ee, ooh, ah ah, ting tang, walla walla bing bang!

Hey, it's Chris by a new name. I'm tentatively posting here and there but taking it slowly as I have been quickly reminded why I left. We'll see how it goes. Nice to see you all again.

Not really, no. Nothing but sleep helps when feeling the way I did when I wrote that post yesterday. Been feeling a bit better today but now I feel like I'm getting anxious again.

It's very nice to see you back, the voice of reason! I thought perhaps you were someone who used to be here but did not know who you were before, although now it's kinda like "duh." Sometimes I am very slow.

LOL -- "the voice of reason" isn't always terribly welcomed around here. Have to bite my tongue a lot and walk away and breathe deeply when I find myself losing patience.

I have posted a few times when I should have walked away (and I know it when I am doing it, too, sigh...but my tongue hurts from biting it at that point) Oftentimes I read posts and just don't sign in. I have left and come back as well, btw.
