Can I tempt you with some lemon ginger? It's gooood. Or maybe some Lyon's, good and strong, with lots of milk...?

I mostly like plain strong black tea.(I do have a box of Lyons tea in the cupboard along with Taylors of Harrogate)
I also drink a lot of green tea.
There are a few herbal mixtures I enjoy from time to time.

Hold the milk on the Lyon's then. I like milk on black tea, unless it's chai. I particularly like the green tea with roasted rice in it. I don't think I've ever had tea I didn't like, unless it has sugar in it. Bleah...yuck...The seven year old kills her tea with sugar...

I will drink it with honey and lemon if I am very sick with cold/flu/sinus stuff. I have also found Jack Daniels Honey whiskey stuff to be useful in those situations too.
But otherwise - no sugar.

I like lemon in iced tea. I find the lemon ginger really good for a cold, or an upset tummy.

I've worked out what's bugging me. Don't know what to do about it though.

They didn't turn up and someone will be around tomorrow. Hopefully.

I've left my contact lens case over at my place this isn't helping my irritability.

Hmm maybe a nice friendly greeting by the dog awaits them? Couch 82: If you're happy and you know it, be a number! did the team go to your place instead? Maybe they're wondering why you stood them up? Doh!

Iced coffee, hot coffee, whipped foamed sprinkled drizzled spiked, it's all good! Nothing better than the first cup in the morning, helps pry the eyelids open and shake up the brain cells.

Tea, iced and sweet, because it is the "house wine of the south." I have to cut it with unsweet because I have lost that sweet tooth since Prozac. Hot tea when I'm sick or trying to relax, but I do love chai, hold the milk.

Chocolate? Any and all! Tiny amounts do fine now, but I could have eaten my body weight in chocolate in years past.

Let's talk snacks in general. Sweet or salty?

It is SD. I just want the anxiety and irritabiliyt to go away as I need to get some arty things done before Christmas, but they are being so cautious with my meds as I have so much trouble with them. Would rather did something aggressively and treated the side effects but a month of this is too long. I feel like a bettle stuck on it's back going faster and faster and not going anywhere.

Beat down by those final exams today. They did not feel good. Feeling like a loser. Can't get the girl I want and can't get the grades I want. I feel so dumb with my friends doing well on the midterms I didn't.

I'm annoyed that my salary still hasn't recovered to 2006 levels. It's not so much the money as the fact that my boss has let me down.
