I asked my real estate if I could have a West Highland White Terrier, I need to ask the tenants below if the are ok with this. She said something about the noise the dog would make with its claws. If the neighbours don't mind my occasionally elephant footed daughters running about the place, how could they grumble about a dog that is 10 inches high at most?

Good luck. I hope they don't mind. When would you find out?

I agree elephant footed daughters are louder than a tiny dog. My elephant footed husband is louder than my dads dog which is bigger than the one you described. lol.

Thank you thank you. I couldn't see it before. It really wanted to insert "bengals" into the sentence....

I think they're abandoning me. The psychologists. I feared it would happen and now it certainly looks like I was right. Today I was told I won't get to see my psychologist in at least two months and that I should try to attend group sessions for people with the same diagnosis as the one I have. They'll only meet up for a few times and after that I don't know what's going to happen.

The psychologist and I will have a follow-up in mid/end of March or something (we haven't even decided that yet) to see how things have been going but that's it. That's all I know.

My experience tells me things tend to get really bad really quickly when I don't have anyone to talk to so yeah, I'm scared now. Scared and abandoned. Not sure what to do now.

Needed to get that off my chest.

Tomorrow morning I will tell T that he's been pissing me off lately. Gaaah. It's not something I am comfortable doing. But I think I need to do it because it's becoming an elephant in the room. And I don't want any elephants other than the Mastodon in the room when I'm in therapy.

Oh, that sucks. I can't believe they recommend group sessions.

I think they want me to hear about how other people in similar situations deal with different kinds of problems in life. I get that. Just don't think it's a good substitute for seeing a psychologist on my own.

I think I know exactly what's going to happen but I hope I'm wrong.

EDIT: Also, they probably think I should try to manage on my own. That's what society expects from me after all. Wish it was that easy.

I found a web page about the German surname of my family. its about a couple who left Germany just before WWII. I have contacted them to see if anyone is related to me. Feeling intensely lonely today. I also found out this name is in use in Norway where the beginning "A" is replaced by an "O" and Sweden i think.

Growlycat, did you just play around with Illustrator or did have some tutorials? There are probably online tutorials i'll find them.
Found loads of tutorials but they don't talk as they are demonstrating, so when it comes to the demo i don't remember why they are doing this.

SD, thanks for the link i found one that works for me.

Sometimes I get the urge to tell everybody just how much MI has affected my life in the last 4 or 5 years.. Just so I can then tell them how hard I have to fight to keep myself from not being so depressed that suicide becomes a viable option for me.

I was sitting in my room this afternoon, and I was starting to feel down and could feel that depression washing over me. And I really had to fight with everything that I had and say, healed.. Not today, today you are having a good day. Ugh.. I wish that it wasn't such a struggle, and I wish that I had more people in my life that really understand how much I fight, just to lead a semi normal life.

Vets can be really helpful. One of our kittens needed warm subQ fluids in order to survive.

This link talks about ways to care for kittens... Maybe the nesting box is too big kitties like to be really close to momma all the time... You can use hot water bottle covered with towel to help... The animal shelter uses tube socks filled with rice and microwave them...

Listening to a mom whose idea of calming an upset preschooler is 'shut up!' 'you're being a brat!' 'stop being bad!'

In her defense, she's stressed out, but... Sigh...
