I'm feeling paranoid tonight as well CE! I think I'm the thread writer that pissed so many people off by endangering her kid. I did get some hurtful yet honest feedback along the line of "WTF are you thinking!!!" and then I asked for the post to be removed.

Some days it takes an outsider to point things out because after a lifetime dysfunction is normal and things I talk about casually cause people to wince and have to force their mouths shut.

So even the posts that piss us off may be begging for a response just from us. My skin is too thin and my backbone only half formed, so I usually avoid or make a quick retreat.

Yeah... It is hard to process in between when you go 2x a week. Have you been working on any new crafts recently? I keep looking at classes at our local craft chain store but haven't signed up for any

I used to handwash mine in the sink with laundry powder. Did not seem to suffer with cling much. In cold water.

I am so anxious I was hanging out the washing and bird made an awful noise, next thing I'm on the ground on my back with my arms covering my head. I think this a bit of an extreme reaction to bird call, don't you?

Therapy is exhausting. I tend to wind up in bed at 19:00 on therapy days... does it tire anyone else out?

Yeah, I almost fell asleep in a sunny spot in the library this morning after T. I had to make myself get out of there - I would've dozed all afternoon if I could have. I've been yawning all day...

Hmm.... I'll have to find rubber gloves. I hate that slimey feeling that gets on my hands from laundry soap.

I always have mine during the end of the day but I have a morning session on Friday - that should be fun to try to make it through the day...

Is the being stuff in the house feeling getting to you? Will it take longer than a day or two to get it cleaned up enough to get out?

I've been attacked by a nesting bird. It's not pleasant. They always attack from behind. At head height.

I don't mind the cold if there is no wind but bitterly cold windy days are the worst.

Perhaps having the house alone will feel like a vacation.

The little one is snoring, one or both of the dogs is snoring, the oldest is giggling on Skype and I hear her all the way in here. I've just finished a tiny bit of schoolwork, had my retention/promotion meeting, and worked a full day. I've got PT in the morning, work then T in the afternoon, then more work and more schoolwork.

I should be snoring too! But my eyes are wide open and my thoughts are pinging around so loud you all can probably hear them too. Last night was up late, three wake-up-drenched and change, then up for good at 4.

Insomnia sucks, so does depression and anxiety and peri-menopause. So do pillows that go flat and sleeping pills that don't help!

Sleepytime Tea anyone?
