I can't stand not having hair long enough for a pony.. Though for a good two or three years I had the inverted bob cut.. everybody loved that on me. I just prefer my hair to my shoulders.

I wish T hadn't chosen this week to go all pshrinkish on me... I'm already all nervous/excited/terrified/worried/sad/happy/everything else about moving...
I don't need help driving myself crazy right now.
I sound like a broken record. Sorry.

I had that for a while. I loved how it looked, but hated how it was always in my eyes.

Me, three. I can't have it too far above my shoulders so there is just enough to put in a little pony stub - I can get two decent pig tails out of it though

Mine is just to my chin in the front... The back is super super short. Like nearly shaved at the bottom and like an inch and a half at the longest point.

I had to look up "inverted bob" (duh). My hair is finally halfway down my back again from getting it cut short some years ago. My hair grows so slowly...which seems odd to me since my legs get prickly again after about 12 hours.

I have never had hair long enough even for a tiny ponytail. Not even as a tiny child.

My hair was past my waist at one point. It's getting there again. I need to get it cut, the ends are super dry.

My hair was almost waist-long as a child, and my mother would yank on my head combing my hair, trying to get the knots out. Sometimes she would just have to cut them out with scissors. I don't remember wanting it particularly long, so I assume that was something for her. (Typical.)

Idk, I find long hair easier to manage. I can just twist it into a knot and go. When it was short it was always sticking out at odd angles and poking me in the eyes.

I agree 100% with this...mine was always a mess and I was uncomfortable.

My D has hair mid-way down her back.. she has only had one haircut in her life. She has been saying since she was three that she wants hair as long as Rapunzel. I am terrible at doing cute things with her hair though, so mostly she get a sloppy bun, pony tale, or braids in hair. It is kind of a PITA with needing her hair in a slicked back, nice, neat bun for dance.

Feeling very lonely these days.. Kids just went to bed, h is sick and hiding in the bedroom.

I am very aware that I really don't have anybody IRL to talk to and be real to.. like share EVERYTHING with. I have struck up a friendship with another mom from school, but I can't tell her that I am thinking about divorcing my husband and finding a woman to be in a relationship with. I do talk to my BFF, but she lives 1600 miles away, and T.. well he is T. He is there for me an hour a week usually( he felt distant, unsupportive, and argumentative yesterday).

It dries faster and lays better for me. When my hair was long it took forever to dry and curl and do.

My hair is very straight so all I have to do is blow it dry and it's good. As long as I have layers in it it doesn't look stringy.

Hugs.

I'm in the same boat. I have one friend here, but our schedules never line up. I desire a close friendship with someone I can see, but I know that even if I was presented with that I would probably not be open with them. It's an internal struggle.

I do have a few friendships with people online that I have known for years. That helps a bit. Except for the no hugs thing.
