Can't focus on a damn thing at work... keep floating in and out of depression and thinking what to talk about with T. Lots of other nasty emotions stirring around-- anger, hurt, jealousy, disconnect... Did a few stupid things since I last saw him on Tuesday (SI stuff). Always nervous to tell him about this... I tend to wait until the last 5 min. of the session... want to bring it up earlier... wish I could stay with him for 3 hours tonight.

Hi Pinksoil,
I too get distracted at work when I have a T appointment that day. My mind wonders instead of focusing on my tasks I need to get done. Sometimes, I just take a break from work and write a fast letter to my T...talking about what I want to say to her. This helps me organize my thoughts and once they are down on paper its easier for me to go back to work. Good luck in your session--I hope you talk about the SI--before the end of the session.

(((pinksoil)))

I'm seeing my T in a few hours and freaking out myself. Was having a good day yesterday and today is rapidly doing downhill. I don't really know what I'm going to do with the session today.

I too wish sessions could last for as long as we needed or wanted. I'm glad you see him tonight. I'll be checking back to see how you're doing later on.

How's it going, pinksoil?! I bet you're in your session right now.

I couldn't get on here earlier (too busy at work) or I'd've sent you a note. I hope you're having a really good session about now. And yeah, please tell him about the SI stuff. I sure hope you can find ways to avoid hurting yourself! But I hope you get all those emotions out there and that it'll prove to be a good session. Best of luck! Let us know how it goes!!!

It's Friday!

Hope you had a great session, pinksoil, and were able to share freely.
