Monday in all its radiant glory. I'm really ready for some sun! It appears that the calls are coming fast and furious, typical for Monday, however the people on the other end of the line are more grumpy than I am!

Seem to be under the impression that anyone can jump in here and chat, so, hi. I leave in a half hour to talk to a new therapist, kind of anxious, kind of looking forward to it. Even if I don't stay with this person maybe talking about my situation with another therapist will help. Something's gotta give because my current therapy is not helping.
I also found out today that I need a root canal. Hoping that bad start to the day isn't a sign of how the rest will go :\ |

Fabulous Mondays all 'round I see. The other two people who were (kinda sorta) working here are no longer (kinda sorta not) working here anymore, because, to make a long story short, they don't want to pay taxes:/

I love mondays now that i dont have a monday t appointment. For the other thread about love/hating your t, i bet people would hate their t if you retired / werent working for whatever reason / were extremely old and your t made you come in on monday. Or else im just stupid, which is a definite possibility

Yeah, I used to love Mondays when I worked second shift Sunday-Thursday. Had the whole morning to myself with the kids in school and the stbx sleeping off the night shift.

On the up side I spent the time between getting the kids on the bus and going to work applying for a new job this morning. I figure it's a better use of my time than staring into my coffee mug...

"stbx's bs" - thats a great expression!! Very mellifluous! And whats the word with the s's meaning snakelike? Not syphillis but something like that
 sibillant? There have been a few expressions on tv the past few days that have been just precious like that. I wish i had written them down. Just real gems. Or maybe my blood sugar is dropping due to my new med and im not in a glucose haze anymore and my sense of humor is sharpening up. But there has been some real joy in mudville.

Speaking of jobs.. I work at an event that happens about 6 times a year. For the last 3, I haven't been scheduled. Wondering if I should take that personally?

Hi, couch. Just checking in. No words. Same dark place. T today. Wonder if she can fit me in tomorrow too. Got another rescue, she's a sweet girl. The #1 dog keeps looking at me with this face of, "mom, when is she leaving?". Hopefully he'll get used to her.

I had a decent Monday.
No one told me I needed more surgery. No one screwed up at work in a way that affects me. No communication with spouse (yet). No one told me my cat I had cancer. OK, I had an uneventful Monday.

Hi couchies!
My bff said I should check in with you all :P Hi!! I am doing fairly well. My therapy has gone from weekly to monthly and I am heading towards termination in the next few months. I am better able to manage my symptoms on my own. My days have mostly returned to my usual routine. I even took up running in the summer. I hope you're all doing well. I have missed you guys.
