So turns out I woke up feeling sick so I emailed back asking if I could reschedule to next week. Now my T is def going to think that I'm lying. What bad timing

If it's the day of the appointment I go ahead and go. If it's over 24 hours I call and reschedule.

Usually when I don't feel like going is when I need to go most.
