Just spoke to pdoc on the phone. He agrees that my present condition/situation is not good and therefore I'm starting clozapine today.

We do have leash laws but I carry extra leashes in the car because I live near a large park and there are often dogs dumped or ones who have escaped the confines of their fenced yards and they are in peril because the park is surrounded by 4 busy 4 lane roads.

I often wish I had cat treats in my pocket when out and about and I meet a nice stray.

Love Galaxy Quest. It's one of my top Alan Rickman movies: goofy fun that pokes fun at his dramatic persona. He was perfect for that character.
I was about to list off my favorite roles but there's too many. Right not Truly, Madly, Deeply is on my mind but I don't know if I can bring myself to watch it.

Funny that my Therapist asked me about imaginary parents recently because he was my Imaginary Dad, well one of them, for a very long time.

By the way, whenever a cow walks loose I call the farmer and assume he'll pick her up.

I have leashes and a lead rope in my car. And treats in my pocket, usually. But I have a service dog, so I use him as my excuse for carrying treats.

I'm quite baffled today, as well. The people on the phone either had too many Xanax, or need to be taking some Xanax. . .

It's Friday, it's a long weekend, and it's cold and rainy. Yippee. . .

Words to live by!

I used to have treats when i lived with my mom. I wanna do it again. There are tons of gorgeous dogs being walked around town. Would the treats be good for squirrels too?

And now Grizzly Adams - theyre droppin like flies!

Therapists baffle me - the last candidate for No. 3 insisted I had an ED because I lost so much weight over the last 7 months or so. Despite the fact that the cause is clearly physical and medical. And I'm due for more diagnostic surgery for it soon. Out I walked.

Good for you. Some of those guys are just plain idiots.

I'm extra hungry right now.

People baffle me too. But I can't decide if it's me or them

I could have used som Xanax today. I've been through the wringer and now I'm exhausted.

Is a by-product of anxiety muscle and joint pain? I feel tight as an overwound watch when I wake up every day, and just generally hurt all over all day long. I know the saying is "depression hurts" but what about anxiety?

It's probably them, not you. Trust me, I'm not a doctor nor do I play one on TV. You're great!

It would make sense. If you're anxious, you're tense, and if you're holding tension for too long it'll make you ache.

One of the local farmers when I was a kid used to let his cows out on the road to graze. He had a name for being a lazy sod, there was better eating in the ditches than there was in his fields.

Another week is done and man it zoomed by fast again!! I swear it was just monday. I got a huge paycheck (for me) today thanks to all the overtime so we went out to dinner and took our son and his girlfriend with us. We had a great time, she is really sweet. I work overtime again sunday morning, then in the afternoon I'm facilitating with others at a reiki clinic, my first time not in training! Looking forward to it.

The stbx is supposed to have the kids this weekend. The eight year old is refusing to go (she's been refusing to talk to him at all since she came home after being with him over Christmas).

It is turning very cold here. The temperature is plummeting. Yesterday people were out in shorts and tomorrow it will be in the teens.
