I think it's all down to trust. The trust went a bit shaky there for a while yesterday> I wonder if was seeing how far I could be pushed?

He asked me if the pain in my shoulder was related to the memory. How do you know? I've never had a pain like that, that I can remember.

My boss advised me that I have PTSD and that I can't keep burying it, because it leads to my reaction from last week. My first thought was "how much do I owe you?" and then I said my therapist and I had talked about this thoroughly and I'm handling it the best way for me. At least she didn't call me roadkill! I'm more of an ostrich anyway. . .

Yo! Where is everyone? Got a busy day tomorrow. Really need to fall asleep soon but a 4 hour nap earlier might ruin sleeping tonight.

My T is always my T when I dream of him, but we're in all sorts of different places, often with different people. Sometimes I know the other people, sometimes I don't... Once he was sound asleep in my bed

Hahaha, I don't remember either! It was meant to be some kind of joke about "half empty and half full", I believe. Or psych med joke.

I'm in a weird mood where I'm thinking "oh, I'll be going to a networking session tomorrow." And I'm not panicking and not having my usual social anxiety!

I finally saw Bridesmaids last night on tv. I loooooove Chris O'Dowd! The cop boyfriend? I know him from That Moone Boy, the irish sitcom where he plays the kid's invisible friend? So good!

I love Chris O'Dowd tooo. I never got to see him in Moone Boy but I loved him in IT Crowd. I was going to say something abut his wife but I can't remember her name and its vital to the story.

ETA Yes His wife's name was Dawn Porter but after they got married she went all Irish and put the 'O' in front of her name so Dawn O'Porter is n't that a great compromise.

At least you guys got compared to armadillos. Our marriage counselor compared me to a porcupine. Curling around the soft underbelly of pain with brisling anger to protect myself. My T and I, though, talk about how I armadillo around my pain. He says he finds it interesting when I use nouns as verbs. Armadilloing. Stopdogging. Etc.

I know this is serious but it kind of made me laugh because my bff's nickname is Pine for porcupine because indeed the moment she gets hurt the quills come out. Yet she Iis a beautiful person and very much worth learning to navigate the quills for. She could seriously use therapy but if you bring that idea up the quills come out big time.

Well I'm having a day. Had a call right before lunch where i asked a clarifying question of a dr's office person and she goes (in a very snippy tone) "don't be rude." i said I'm sorry ma'am i wasn't intending... And she cut me off to snip loudly "yes you are. Yes you are." and that made me cry. It's one thing when i know I've been rude but i wasn't. I hate when a caller makes me cry. I think it's just because i woke up with a headache today and it hasn't gotten any better. Sorry to be a downer couch.

Did say the lawnmower guy turned up to trim the jungle. It looks really great now. Except he has destryed my downstairs neighbours herb garden that he worked so hard at.
Today I need to clean up my desk and think about going to see my gp as 1/2 a seroquel is not enough and and whole on is too much. I feel like a whinger on the medication front.
Also I want it to rain today so there is an excuse for my crappy mood. It can rain anytime after the guy comes to fix the window.
