Thanks Lemon.... I agree with you. Sunny's suggestions were solid. I hope to move in this direction. That seems to be the need at this time.

Am going to start zoloft tonight ...my first night back from my bil's funeral. Hope it works well for me. (No bad reports anyone please.. ) Seems lately to be one crisis over another.

The funeral went well and I even spoke about my BIL at the funeral.... briefly. But that was a surprise for me and others were surprised too as it was a difficult time...painful time.

Thanks Lemon and Sunny and everyone. I will reread all of this ... Promise.
