I've been keeping in touch with my T through email but the past 2 weeks she's been very laxed in answering and always has an apology for not emailing...Anyways I told her that I would email her one more time and if she didn't respond, than I would no longer email her...She knows I'm going through a really hard time and said she would make sure she answered...Yesterday I sent her an email and once again she has not answered...

I asked her to please answer it because if she didn't it would break some trust between us...Right now I feel like I'm on an island and I'm sinking fast but yet I can't cry, I can't get angry...I am numb...FP

Since it is the weekend, assume she did not see your last email.

She has her own things to do and may or may not be able to respond when you want her to.

Hang in there and don't make any assumptions or let your imagination get going, filling in blanks that only she can fill in.

I agree with ECHOES. I have exchanged emails with my pdoc for about 2 years now and then and she NEVER answers during the weekend. We have an understanding that I will not write her anything about harming myself. She usually responds during the first workday of the week. Hang in there.

FindPeace,

I'm sorry you arent getting the help you need from her. Can you try reaching out to your p-doc. I would rely on an emergency hotline until you can find a t to work with you.
