Spring break here but still have busy work sorts of things to get done.

My brother emailed, he knew i wanted my grandpa's antique typewriter so he got it from my mom's house before she could give it away like she did my dad's desk that I'd wanted after he died. He shipped it to me i should get it tomorrow. My brother is awesome.

My daughter fainted at school yesterday morning and they said she hit her head and the ambulance was coming could come down? She's staying with her dad and this was 20 mins before my session He rang just as I got there so I didn't to see her but went straight to my session and rang later to find out if she was ok. Last night I picked her up from a friends place and her face! She didn't hit her head she passed out then fell flt on her face. Why didn't my stupid ex say something. It was all his fault as she accidently took 2 of his heavy duty painkillers because they were right next to the paracetamol

Your h kinda treats you like your mom does (as did my first h). He makes grudging allowances for what you want. My second h used to bribe me. Now my t completely spoils me, so now i expect to be treated like Chrissy Teigen. Im not sure this is an improvement! But your brother definitely rocks!

I think I have something like 18 pairs of shoes. Half of them are boots, mind you. I love a good pair of boots. Also a good bag, though I have fewer of those.

You can't make anyone happy, they can only do that for themselves. I'd say the ball is in your h's court. Give him the opportunity and let him decide if he's going to take it, but whatever happens, be true to yourself.
And I'm serious about the undies(or insert other small thing just for you here). You deserve to have nice things. That was actually one of the first things I did for myself when I started to make my way out of the quagmire that was my marriage - I threw out all my ratty old pjs and underwear and other ragged clothes I used to wear around the house. It really did feel good. Felt like I was allowing myself to have value.

And I was just going to post I forgot about the dozen or so pairs in storage back home - so make that 30 pairs.

I love my shoes, almost all shoes. Picky about them though. T teases me and says I should see someone for my shoe addiction, she has a shoe addiction too hehe. 71 is just what I have out for the season right now...

I would argue that shoes are the most important part of the outfit, myself. That and the jewelry. You could wear anything and with the right shoes and jewelry...BAM.

I dunno...I view the bag more as sprinkles on the icing on the cake, something I appreciate but not really necessary for the goodness of the cake. (Unlike the icing, which is totally necessary.)

Although bags are handy for swinging if you want to accentuate a confident stride.
