I suspect wrangling an elk will be easier that wrangling a wombat. They are bloody-mindedness personified.

A producer once thought it would be nice for a vet ina serial have a wombat. This wombat apparently destryed several pieces of expensive equipment and because they are untrainable filming revolved around the wombat.

Isnt it - snake is to mongoose as wombat is to stopdog? (Plus or minus blowtorch!) Im not worried!

I think stopdog has made her position on any kind of animal wrangling, from elk to wombat, very clear.

But perhaps the wombat would tremble at her very name.

So, back up here a moment, we're wrangling the elk so Shakey can have a cool arse throughout the AZ summer, what are we going to do with the wombat?

Yup. It'll get better. I hate it when my brain has so many thoughts and so much going on but I can't grasp any of it and none of it makes sense. It's a pretty sucky place to be in. Hope it gets calmer for you soon.
