Go to the ER. Surely your family would rather you do that than possibly sacrifice your health to entertain them.
Thanks for this!

No NO NO Go to the hospital. My heart has terrible scarring from the times I have ignored chest pain. Please go if its a false alarm does not matter. I don't mean to panic you but i am just speaking from experience.
Thanks for this!

I fell asleep this afternoon and woke up disoriented thinking it was the next day. I couldn't figure out why the little was already out of bed, and it was 7:40 we were SO late for school. They laughed at me!

So now I'll be up half the night thanks to my short nap. Might get some clothes washed or be otherwise productive.

Speaking from experience, if it IS your heart and you want it to keep beating I'd head to the ER pronto. I ignored mine . wrote it off as a bad muscle strain since I was 38, healthy weight, normal cholesterol etc ( does not protect you from blood clots in your coronary arteries). I very nearly became dead. Once you are actually at a hospital your chances of dying from a heart attack are quite small. Until you get to.the hospital its like 1 in 4 chance of death

Also, if the chest pain is accompanied by nausea, sweating, a squeezing feeling,, shortness of breath, numbness in your arms, or anything like that go to the ER. Now

So I'm reading this book t lent me and am absolutely devouring it, the book I mentioned earlier called Artemis: The Indomitable Spirit in Everywoman. So much of what I've read so far is resonating with me. I want to tell her about it, I'm writing a poem that is coming out of these feelings, and I want to email it to her. But she's at a training conference til Tuesday and I don't want to bother her. Oh well. Guess I'll go to bed instead. Night couch!!

The strangest things happen in the middle of the mundane. Putting clothes in the machine to wash, feeling the texture of the cloth, the scent of the detergent, the cool floor under my feet; I don't think I've ever felt so many things while doing a hated chore. Maybe I can get over my dislike now. Got a cure for dishwashing hatred?
Thanks for this!

We take turns. She who cooks doesn't have to do dishes. As I hate cooking with a fiery passion, it's usually my chore.

As the matriarch I should arbitrarily change the rule to "She who works all day doesn't have to wash dishes." DD1 will probably have a stroke!

That book sounds like something that I would also get a lot from. I love to read. Real stuff. Thank you for telling about it.

8.0 for Chemistry test
9.4 for math - yes, the test I thought I ruined. The exercises I ruined were too hard so they didn't count as part of your grade.
10 for English.
And yesterday: a 6.7 for Social Studies.

Tests are graded 1.0-10, with 5.5 and up being passing grade.

Well, one last CBT session and it's goodbye to my therapist. While I feel no attachment to her I do feel a touch of sadness. For the past 4 months these near weekly sessions have become a matter of routine. I do not anticipate then there being an empty hole in my week.

I was telling the second one about something and she said I sounded like I sound when I talk about my dogs. It was interesting to find out she thought I had a different tone when talking about the pets. Unless she was just messing with me (which I always believe is a possibility with those guys)
