I actually ordered them from running bear! Too funny. Have you tried distance depot? I don't like their reins as well, but the rest of their tack is great -- well made and generally less expensive than other places. They do custom orders also.

I think my breast collar is from distance depot but it's like 5 years old so no.longer sure.I have the grippy reins, halter bridle and running martingale straps from running bear. Halter brudke needs a new bit hanger but other than that its been through the ringer and still awesome
