Ugh

Ok, I see him again today. I'm not as freaked out as I have been in weeks past, but you know what? I feel like I'm MAD. PISSED OFF at him. . .but don't know why.

Am I still scared? And just covering it up by being pissed off? LOL

I feel looney. SOmebody pass me a Xanax please.

Hope it goes well for you.

So.. .
session went well I suppose. At least for the first half hour when we talked about work! We hit some high spots too. . .he wants me to bring my daughter in one session and "play" with her while he is there to sort of "guide" me. Hmmmmm Not sure how I feel about that. He's all about me 'accepting' this childlike part of myself and learning to coexist with her rather than fight her so much and shutting her down.

On the way out however. . .I had parked on a downhill incline. Apparently, the gas wasn't hitting the sensor in the tank, so the damn car wouldn't start. He tried to help, tried to push from the front of the car. I almost ran him over when the car kept rolling forward!!!! He took me down the road the gas station, put gas in the can, came back and filled the car for me. It was really strange how we can both "switch" out of the therapy/therapist/counselee mode and into the "How's the baby? What would you do about this? Blah blah" back and forth conversation b/t two adults. Very cool indeed.
