One, it's never summer in England. Two, body fat is enormously helpful for swimming long distances through cold water like the English Channel.

So I consider you to have been in training.

Sd will be smoking the catch of the day down in the watchamacallit. Its a steamship right?

Eta - please dont use "body fat" and "enormous" in the same sentence, eh?!

Eta2 - on kathie lee giffords tv show this week, they explained the interrobang. I thought people should know.

Why do we even need an interrobang?

(And no, it doesn't mean what it sounds like it might mean.)

Googling interrobang was really quite anticlimactic.

I finally got around to reading the play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child yesterday. I enjoyed it. It is a different kind of read being a play (and not really written by Rowling), but I enjoyed it. (I'm not a particularly overly critical Harry Potter purist.)

That one is laying around on my bookshelf as well, but I'm kind of reluctant to read it. Glad you liked it, though

Hope you all have a nice weekend!

Ok, fleas have calmed down, I don't know why. Exterminator comes Wednesday.
I still need to decide on a topical or chewable flea prevention for my twelve pound dog. Frontline Plus stopped working. Advantage II lasts just two or three weeks, it failed.
Oh, yeah, I have the Seresto collar for her, but I think she is sensitive to it.

Last round, I asked, and the suggestions were Sentinel, Revolution ...and Bravecto
If you have a dog, what flea preventative do you use?

My anxiety is out of control. Thank you!

Emotional and psychological after effects of last week's hormone-killing shot hit like a ton of bricks last night. Anxiety, depression, and worse running around in my head like a manic hamster in a ball. Just emailed No. 3 to ask her if her offer to continue Skype sessions is still good, at least for the weeks I can't see No. 2.

I use bravecta for the youngest and have used sentinal and revolution for the others. My guys are about 75 lbs and a herding breed known to be sensitive to certain medicines - but they seem to do well on all of those. I know some little dog breeds have different sensitivities.

Lemongrass and eucalyptus. You can add 1-2 drops each to the shampoo or make a spray with each oil and a half and half mixture of water and witch hazel.

Pumpkin pie mochi are tasty. Not as good as the strawberry or green tea ones - but different enough and tasty enough to worth a try.
