I'm eating pumpkin spice Cheerios and they are not bad

You guys and i worry im cheating on my diet by eating gummy omega-3s and co-q10's.

As much as I love peanut butter and chocolate... I am just not sure I can get behind this.

I had my doubts too - but they're OK, you just can't eat too many at once.

And while I'm at it - pumpkin spice Milanos!

Una I eat gummy vitamins too and I'm never quite convinced they are a good idea

I take gummy B12 and I have to remind myself they are NOT CANDY, so only take 2...they are super yum.

I saw pumpkin spice chia seeds at the market today. I can't imagine trying all this PS stuff!

However, I do want to try the "boo-terscotch" M&Ms I have heard about!

Through all of this pumpkin spice hype I have yet to try any of it. I am not a pumpkin fan at all, do none of it sounds appealing to me.

Can't taste pumpkin, only cinnamon nutmeg etc. My favorite is ice cream and coffee creamer. Not so hot, Hershey Kisses, and pancake mix. Yeah, I'm a sucker!

I like pumpkin and winter squash -but no to all the fake pumpkin spice flavored everything.

Good morning couch. Had a tiny dance party while cleaning, now I'm pooped. Have lost my stamina (along with my marbles!) as I aged. Must rest, requisite couch-surfing didn't take long. See you!

It's been a quiet week here on the couch and the main forum seems to be on an anti therapy kick. I wouldn't mind if the opinions varied but that argument gets kind of old

I don't see it right now, but that is probably not surprising.

My dogs have decided they adore some of the worst smelling treats I have ever gotten them. And if I toss them outside to eat them, the youngest steals from the middle (my favorite and he is so good natured). I did not realize they would smell quite this bad when I got them.

I call those "these are gonna blow your mind" treats. My dog shakes while he waits for me to hand him his.

The feed store where we get horse feed has these whole smoked cow feet. The dogs literally go INSANE over them but they are SO FOUL!!! We get them for them once a year or so, when its been long enough that we remember the doggy excitement but not the smell...

Now I want to find my guys some smoked cow feet so they can have a new treat for the fall.

I am beginning to despair that fall will never come. It is going to be 90 here again this week.

Ugh, that is how i feel too. Last week with a few days only in the upper 70s was AMAZING...but now it will be 90 again most of this week. Gross.

Don't think anyone is interested, but the cute 12 year old I posted about won a million dollars on America's Got Talent!! Amazing Grace. Her name is Grace Vandervaal. Anyone watch that show?
