sorry - I did not mean she literally did not have a face - but in all my dreams about therapists -their faces are not visible - their backs are turned or deeply shadowed or behind a door etc.

One of my friends just posted this on Facebook. "Doubt & Fear steal more Dreams than failure ever will... Grab your 20 seconds of Courage & Punch Fear in the Face!" I love it. I don't know where it came from, but it's freakin' awesome.

Morning couchies! Up early today, going out to breakfast with h then we have an appointment at the bank about a home equity line of credit, exploring some options.... then grocery shopping, then home to do laundry and tonight we're going out with friends to a concert at one of the local casinos. Tomorrow I have a 'wild women ceremony' with my drumming group. Busy but fun weekend! Hope all have a good day.

Your weekend sounds amazing art!! Mine will be paying bills, laundry and picking up around my apt. This last week was brutal at work. Very stressful.

I see Kashi later today. Lots to talk about. Like how I can't ask for help and how that got me into trouble at work. How I tend to try to
Work around authority figures if I can. Even though I have a great vp I hurt our relationship by not asking permission to do something.

Wow. People will put Cool Whip on anything. Cookies? Brownies? Fruit?

Home in between grocery stores. Wine sale, so I took the opportunity to get 6 different kinds, I'm still learning which ones I like. The winery called "The Dreaming Tree": how could this dream-worker resist? It will take awhile for me to try all of them, but what the heck. The price was right.

The only thing I have ever been able to eat straight out of a container with a spoon is Trader Joe's speculoos cookie butter. And I think you're meant to do that.

Back home again, got the laundry started and put a cake in the oven. I'm feeling really good about telling t "no thanks" the other day when she asked if I wanted a half-session today. Part of me was a little concerned that I might regret it once today got here. But I don't so this is good!!
Thanks for this!

I haven't popped in for awhile. My son's acceptance letter to his first university of choice just arrived in the mail! Woohoo! Now he starts the process for getting into their school of music.

He's been horribly sick this week, and unfortunately, auditions for the state choir process were yesterday. He has to place in the top 5 to advance to the next stage of auditions. He is preparing to not advance because with his illness, he doesn't feel he was in his best voice. That's the life of a singer. We'll find out tonight. He's currently preparing for a region concert that we are about to head to -- top 15 of each section in his region. The results of yesterday's audition will come out after the concert (they didn't want a bunch of depressed singers today).

My oldest son and his fiancee have finally set a firm wedding date. Finally!

It will be a busy spring between auditions and wedding planning and graduation for our youngest.

note to self: wear earrings more than once a week. I swear, my holes try to close up every time I put them in and it seems to take longer every time. Probly just my (overactive) imagination. Typing this while taking a break from trying to make one start.

Nothing fancy. Just a white cake mix with pink vanilla frosting. With sprinkles.

Agh. Have to go try to see if using a mirror will make the earrings easier.

Thanks! We're picking our friends up and going to dinner first at this little Italian place not far from where the concert is. Should be fun!! Have a good evening all!
