Ugh, today's my daughter's birthday, and school just called to say she threw up everywhere...and I have really bad emetophobia (H is going to get her...) Really hope it's just a random thing and not a stomach bug...

I just watched the Girls finale, it was terrible, wtf. I'm so disappointed!

Also, of course this would be when I'm waiting for MC to possibly call...if he calls, not sure whether to answer? Daughter seems in fine spirits (plus H is home--he went and got her because I had to finish a bit of work). I guess I'll just see what happens and could always answer but say I might have to go quickly...

And I swear, I get more random (like telemarketing) calls on my phone when possibly expecting a call than any other time (like just now).

This arrow by the gas gauge thing on PC has always flummoxed me (not to diss your T, Argo).

I mean...is that not obvious? (Apparently it isn't, but why not? What else could it be?)

It's just something I never noticed! On top of that, I remember asking my parents how to know what side the gas was on, and they said "you just have to remember." (I had wanted to make a little dot with whiteout or something to help me.)

So they didn't know either.

But looking at it, yeah, it's intuitive in some (most?) ways, but then.....

Part of my recent bout with children's books was realizing that there is an inner part of me that wonders if I stop existing for others when I am not around them. I'm not sure it is there in my adult relationship in the current, it is there for child to mommy part; therefore, by extension the child part to part of T I see as mommy. Does mommy think about me, wonder about me, worry about me when I am not there with mommy?

So no ideas how to stop it... just another possible reason you are feeling the need or desire to protect yourself by pushing him away.

I just had a 56 minute call. Ugh. So much for meeting my 5 minute AHT today.

I feel bad because I'm tired. I had a good day today. Good things happened. But now I'm really tired and my brain has done that special thing where it takes all the potential good from a day and sours it and makes it all rotten and convinces me that I was terrible and everyone actually thinks I'm completely weird and probably I actually smell too and why would that guy give me a job?! How dare I go out into the world and try to be a person? Eurgh. I'm just tired. I know I'm just really tired. But it feels bad.

He really did seem like he might be planning on giving me a job, but instead of feeling pleased I'm already afraid of the inevitable disappointment and self-hatred when he doesn't give me a job after all because why would he when there are normal people out there he could give it to?

Sorry couchies. Nowhere else to vent this stuff y'know.
